Nice to see consistent improvement - coloring in particular seems to get a lot better in the last couple years or so... (and you've definitely cured the sameface problem, big time. I think we've all been through that at least once, I know I have.)
This looks fun. I'm tempted to do it, but it'll be damned embarrassing if I find I've been on a plateau the past six years...
SO DAMN BELATED BUT I'M SO BAD AT KEEPING UP WITH M YMESSAGES:
Omg I know. I know. My first drawings of Newt and some of the others are soooooo not recognizable. (Like back when Brian was Skinny and Fei smiled waaaay too often to be in character!)IDK What was up with androgenewt but he freaks me out these days. XD He seems to have come into himself the uglier I made him. XD
Coloring was such a tentative experience for me but I love to do it! I'm glad my color theory got stronger even as my photoshop techniques got less um. Shitty. XD I'm so bad about overlay abuse. :C Studying Hogarth's Dynamic Light and Shade totally changed my life.

I would do this meme, but I have lost my drawings past the 2000 year point I know I have them somewhere, but they are buried under many old drawings and school notebooks which I used as sketchbooks way back when.
Lol if I did it would have a complete rehaul. My friends from highschool who inspired it to begin with have asked me if I was going to bring it back sometime too. I'm kind of interested to dive into my old series and just draw teaser images in my newer style as an experiment!
Stunningly impressive. Hah, for some reason my tablet didn't change my life at all; in fact I tend to avoid it. Practice is terrifying!
But wow, I can really see where things started to change. I've been trying the "forget anime" thing as well (it hasn't worked for bollocks but whatever). 2010 is just around the corner and who knows what it'll bring, I guess.
Seeing how fast and how much you've improved really inspires me . I definitely think your artwork is getting up there to a very admirable skill level, just keep at it! I always enjoy your new uploads, hope to see more .
