But yes, I love creepy/unusual character designs. I like the idea of the scarf around the face so you can just see his big ol' round eyes.
One thing I'm wondering is what his arm is from. I'm assuming it's from a non-human creature as I can see the rest of him is patched together from different humans. From the perspective of a person who knows nothing about the character everything works well together on first impressions, and you can tell a bit about his demeanor and what he is, but I think arm is a bit jarring. It looks good in the black and white image but at the bottom it seems like an unrelated dragon/lizard creature claw. Forgive me if that was intentional though xD!
Oh God I'm sorry that was the worst crit ever, I hope it was at least legible. I'm ill so I'll blame it on that.
